Acts 28:23-31:

And when they had set a day for him, they came to him at his lodging in large numbers; and he was explaining to them by solemnly testifying about the KINGDOM OF GOD, and trying to persuade them CONCERNING JESUS, from both the Law of Moses and from the Prophets, from morning till evening.

And some were persuaded by the things spoken, but others would not believe. And when they did not agree with one another, they began leaving after Paul had spoken one word, “The Holy Spirit rightly spoke through Isaiah the prophet to your fathers, saying,

‘Go to this people and say, “You will keep on hearing, but
will not understand; And you will keep on seeing, but will
not perceive; For the heart of this people has become
dull, and with their ears they scarcely hear, and they have
closed their eyes, Lest they should see with their eyes,
and they should hear with their ears, and understand with
heart and return, and I should heal them.”

“Let it be known to you therefore, that this salvation of God has been sent to the Gentiles; they will also listen.”

And when he had spoken these words, the Jews departed, having a great dispute among themselves.

And he stayed two full years in his own rented quarters, and was welcoming all who came to him, PREACHING THE KINGDOM OF GOD, and TEACHING CONCERNING THE LORD JESUS CHRIST with all openness, unhindered.

Having been around church-life a good many years I have observed a variety of people comparing who is “more spiritual” than whom and making judgments accordingly. Yet, after considering Scripture and observing folks, indication is that the one who is “more spiritual” is least judgmental; the one who is “more spiritual” is more loving and is most willing to walk the extra mile; the one who is “more spiritual” doesn’t cause criticism and rebellion in others. The “more spiritual” concept doesn’t separate, it adds to. Honestly, looking back over the years, I really don’t remember “truly spiritual people” (those whose lifetime proved Scripturally exemplary and reflective of the fruit of the Spirit) actually being all that concerned about making assessments on the lives of others. (1Cor. 9:27; 13:1-3; 2Cor. 10:12)

The Order is Changing!

I. Samuel 3:1-3- Now the boy Samuel ministered to the LORD before Eli. And the word of the LORD was rare (precious) in those days; there was no widespread revelation (open vision). And it came to pass at that time, while Eli was lying down in His place, and when his eyes had begun to grow so dim that he could not see, and before the lamp (light) of God went out in the tabernacle of the LORD where the ark of God was, and while Samuel was lying down…

I was awakened back up tonight with a burden for the shepherds, the pastors that have become weary and are 1) not hearing anything, and 2) not seeing anything! It has become a job, it has become a routine, it has become something that only on Sundays are they praying for the “eyes of their understanding (heart) to be opened, so that they may have the spirit of wisdom and revelation working in them and know the hope to which they have been called…” (Eph. 1:17,18)

The lamp, the fire, has come out in the house because many have refused to move on, they have become stagnated, and have lost sight and no longer hear the word of the Lord! The ark of God (the presence of God) , the true presence of the Lord, not just a shout or a song, but the “manifest” presence of the Lord is not there, He has departed, and you can’t find Him.

A NEW YOUNG THING (SAMUEL) IS LYING DOWN (RESTING IN THE LORD) WAITING ON THE VOICE OF THE LORD TO SPEAK, “SAMEUL, SAMUEL…” The true prophets, the seers, those who hear the voice of the Lord, are awakening, those who have not been tainted by previous moves or systems! The Word of the Lord will be a new, fresh thing in their mouths, WE HAVE NOT HEARD THIS WORD BEFORE! (I Sam. 3:6-12)

Eph. 5:27 That He may present it to himself a glorious church not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing.

This verse is better translated to present as himself, she is already presented to him holy and without blame, but she has not been presented as him to all the earth.

The church that is not being presented as him is the one who has the spots and wrinkles of an old covenant and an old man.

Eph.3;10 so that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known through the church to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly places.

Watchmen on the Wall!

Isa. 62:1,2;6,7;10-12- FOR ZION’S SAKE I will not hold my peace, And for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest, UNTIL her righteousness goes forth as brightness, And her salvation as a lamp that burns. The Gentiles shall see your righteousness, And all kings your glory. You shall be called by a NEW NAME, which the mouth of the LORD shall name.

I HAVE SET WATCHMEN ON YOUR WALLS, O JERUSALEM: They shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the LORD , DO NOT KEEP SILENT, And give Him no rest TILL HE ESTABLISHES, AND TILL HE MAKES JERUSALEM A PRAISE IN THE EARTH.

The Gates Of The City

You are the city of God the lambs wife, there is one street of gold in you it is his nature, the lamb is your light and you have no need of sun (natural light) nor the moon (artificial light) your gates must always remain open, and your foundation cannot be broken.

Generational Shift! (Spiritual Parents)

I was going to post this on our group page, Apostolic Teaching Fathers, but I felt like this needed to be shared on my personal page.
I didn’t realize the memorial service for Steve Hill was going on and happened to come across it. After some praise & worship by Lindell Cooley and different ones speaking, including his wife, Greg Wilkerson, son of the late David Wilkerson, spoke on what Steve meant to him and how close they were.

Greg Wilkerson went on to say he wanted to “keep it simple” because that’s what Steve believed in, the simplicity of Christ! But he said something as he closed , saying, “and I believe The Lord is raising up “fathering couples men and women)

to be PARENTS TO A NEW GENERATION OF SONS AND DAUGHTERS!”

ATF, did you hear that, FATHERING COUPLES! The strength of many ministries today have been built on the foundational order of father/son order!

The last generation of successful ministry could not share this publicly because of FEAR OF LOSS! Many previous moves that came into error because of extremes and human error. Yet, that does not mean it is not a true message!
When Greg Wilkerson said that, it’s like Spirit of God spoke in my heart that “now is the time that this word will rise to the top, that without true father/son ministry order, in this generation nothing will work, no emerging ministry will prevail without the foundation of this relationship!”

John the Baptist came in the “spirit and power of Elijah”, to ‘turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just (to an attitude of the righteous) TO MAKE READY A PEOPLE PREPARED FOR THE LORD! (Luke 1:17). He was the Elijah who was to come (Matt. 11:14), in preparing way for the first coming of Jesus, and Jesus did not begin His earthly ministry UNTIL THE APPOINTED TIME OF THE FATHER!

If this be the case of the Son of God who waited till He was 30 years old to fulfill all righteousness to hear the voice of His Father saying, “This is my beloved Son, In whom I am well pleased,” how much more should we follow this example?!?
This is still the order of the sons of God and the mandate of the Elijah/Elisha mantle, “Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet Before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD, And He will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, And the hearts of the children to ‘their’ fathers, LEST I COME AND STRIKE THE EARTH WITH A CURSE.” Malachi 4:5,6

No Veil in Christ!

Heb. 6:19,20- This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which enters the presence behind the veil, where the forerunner has entered for us, even Jesus, having become High Priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.
JESUS our FORERUNNER, has entered behind the veil for us. The Most Holy Place is the third dimension of God, manifesting His Life to us and …the door in heaven is opened! There is an “open heaven” because of what Jesus has done for us. The only time heaven is not opened to us in this dimension is when we are blinded.
2 Co. 3:12-16- Therefore, since we have such hope, we use great boldness of speech-unlike Moses, who put a veil over his face so that the children of Israel could not look stedfastly at the end of what was passing away. But their minds were blinded. For until this day the same veil remains unlifted in the reading of the Old Testament, because the veil is taken away in Christ. But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart. Nevertheless when on turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.
The same principle remains today. Not that we do not study the Old Testament or things like the Tabernacle of Moses, for much truth is revealed out of the types and shadows. Heb. 3:5,6- And Moses indeed was faithful in all His house AS A SERVANT, for a testimony of those things which would be spoken afterward, but CHRIST AS A SON over His own house, whose house we are if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm to the end.
2 Co. 3:17,18- Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
Hebrews 9:11,12- But Christ came as High Priest of the good things to come, with the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands, that is, not of this creation. Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal salvation.

AWAKENING!

Apostolic teaching (not so much instructional as relational) fathers is going through an AWAKENING!” An awakening is more than “revival”, it is a “raising up”, a RESToration of entering into HIS REST, where ALL things become NEW! He’s not making all new things, He’s making all things New! …Old things have passed away, and behold, All THINGS ARE BECOME NEW! (Rev. 21:7b; 2 Co. 5:17)

There is a mandate, even in this forum and on this group, upon apostolic and prophetic fathers to “give birth” or literally, “labor in birth AGAIN, until Christ be formed in you!” (Gal.4:19b) The dawning of this 7th day is the same as the 3rd day in Christ, there is a “death, burial, and resurrection” taking place so that we understand our awakening is an “ascension” in Christ in the heavenlies…

Hosea 6:1-3 speaks of “…after two days will He revive us, and on (in) the third day He will raise us up to live in His sight…Then shall we know, if we follow on to KNOW (intimately, If we pursue) Him, His going forth is as the morning: He will come to us like the rain, Like the latter and former rain to the earth.”

How will He raise us up? I believe the key is the middle dimension of what Paul the apostle wrote in Phil. 3:10- “That I may know Him, 1) and the power of His resurrection and 2) the fellowship of His sufferings, 3) being conformed to HIS DEATH.” I might ask again, “How are you fellow-shipping the mystery of His suffering?” How have you died? The third dimension is “being conformed to His death! Except a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it abides alone.

The true meaning of revival or awakening, is to be raised from the dead! Apostolic leaders today, whether prophets or teachers, have learned how to die, that is, they have been “hidden with Christ in God and when Christ who is our life appears (is revealed) so shall we appear (be revealed) with Him in glory.” (Col. 3:1-4) You are DEAD to your ambitions and agendas, and made alive to Christ with His assignments and alignments in your life and ministry!!!

Apostolic fathers, it is our time to now pave and pioneer the way for the sons of God to come forth, but they can only follow the ones who have gone before them, to SHOW THEM THE WAY! We must recover the generational blessing, from “generation to generation” so that the ancient lankmarks of our fathers be not removed! We must be ready to “father”, to generate, be a source, be-come a father” so that all that’s needed for the “third generation” of sons can come forth.!!!
