The Mystery revealed through the kingdom!

In reference to what the LORD is saying today concerning Houston, we are beginning to see the “end of the old” and the “beginning of the new!” (Is. 42:9; 43:18,19) Linking the revealing of the secret, or the mystery of God from Amos 3:7,8 and Rev. 10:7, then comparative to the principle of fulfillment (sevens) with Rev. 11:15; 12:10-12; Acts 3;21; Co. 1:13; Heb. 12:27,28)

Amos 3:7,8 (NKJV)- Surely the Lord GOD does nothing, Unless He reveals (To uncover, reveal, open, lay bare, strip away, denude, expose, disclose, unveil) His secret (mystery) to His servants, the prophets. A lion has roared! Who will not fear? The Lord GOD has spoken? Who can but prophesy?

Rev. 10:7 (NKJV)- …but in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, AS HE DECLARED TO HIS SERVANTS THE PROPHETS.

Rev. 11:15 (Message)- The seventh angel trumpeted (sounded). A crescendo of (loud) voices in heaven sang out, ‘The kingdom of the world is now the kingdom of our God (Lord) and His Messiah (Christ): He will rule forever and ever.

Rev. 12:10-12 (message)- Then I heard a strong voice out of heaven saying, Salvation and power are established: kingdom of our God, authority of His Messiah: The Accuser of our brothers and sisters thrown out, who accused them day and night before God. They defeated him through the blood of the Lamb and the bold word of their witness. They weren’t in love with themselves; they were willing to die for Christ. So rejoice, O heavens, and all who live there, but doom to earth and sea, For the devil’s come down on you with both feet, he’s had a great fall; He’s wild and raging with anger, he hasn’t much time and he knows it.

(Related scriptures):

Acts 3;20,21- and that He may send Jesus Christ, who was preached to you before, whom heaven must receive (hold) until the ‘times of restoration’ of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world (time) began.

Col. 1:13, 14 (Message)- God rescued us from dead-end alleys and dark dungeons. He’s set us up in the kingdom of His Son he loves so much, the Son who got us out of the pit we were in, got rid of the sins we were doomed to keep repeating.

He. 12:28,29 (Message)- Do you see what we’ve got? An unshakeable kingdom! And do you see how thankful we must be? Not only thankful, but brimming with worship, deeply reverent before God. For God is no an indifferent bystander. He’s actively cleaning house, torching all that needs to burn, and He won’t quit until it’s all cleansed. God Himself is FIRE!!!

AWAKENING!

Apostolic teaching (not so much instructional as relational) fathers is going through an AWAKENING!”  An awakening is more than “revival”, it is a “raising up”, a RESToration of entering into HIS REST, where ALL things become NEW!  He’s not making all new things, He’s making all things New!  …Old things have passed away, and behold, All THINGS ARE BECOME NEW!  (Rev. 21:7b; 2 Co. 5:17)
There is a mandate, even in this forum and on this group, upon apostolic and prophetic fathers to “give birth” or literally, “labor in birth AGAIN, until Christ be formed in you!”  (Gal.4:19b)  The dawning of this 7th day is the same as the 3rd day in Christ, there is a “death, burial, and resurrection” taking place so that we understand our awakening is an “ascension” in Christ in the heavenlies…
Hosea 6:1-3 speaks of “…after two days will He revive us, and on (in) the third day He will raise us up to live in His sight…Then shall we know, if we follow on to KNOW (intimately, If we pursue) Him, His going forth is as the morning:  He will come to us like the rain, Like the latter and former rain to the earth.”
How will He raise us up?  I believe the key is the middle dimension of what Paul the apostle wrote in Phil. 3:10-  “That I may know Him, 1) and the power of His resurrection and 2) the fellowship of His sufferings, 3) being conformed to HIS DEATH.”  I might ask again, “How are you fellow-shipping the mystery of His suffering?”  How have you died?  The third dimension is “being conformed to His death!  Except a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it abides alone.

The true meaning of revival or awakening, is to be raised from the dead! Apostolic leaders today, whether prophets or teachers, have learned how to die, that is, they have been “hidden with Christ in God and when Christ who is our life appears (is revealed) so shall we appear (be revealed) with Him in glory.” (Col. 3:1-4)  You are DEAD to your ambitions and agendas, and made alive to Christ with His assignments and alignments in your life and ministry!!!
Apostolic fathers, it is our time to now pave and pioneer the way for the sons of God to come forth, but they can only follow the ones who have gone before them, to SHOW THEM THE WAY!  We must recover the generational blessing, from “generation to generation” so that the ancient lankmarks of our fathers be not removed!  We must be ready to “father”, to generate, be a source, be-come a father” so that all that’s needed for the “third generation” of sons can come forth.!!!
To be continued…

The Four Faces of Ministry ( The Man, Lion, Ox, and Eagle)

A.postolic  R.egional  M.inistry (ARM)  is the hallmark of the “wheel within the wheel.”  It shows the multiplicity of ministry through the four faces of the living creatures  in Ezekiel’s vision of a 1) man, 2) lion, 3) ox, and 4) eagle.  Interesting, each had the face of a man, each one the lion on the right side, and an ox on the left side, and each had the face of the eagle.

Many well respected theologians, including the late Judson Cornwall, who was more than a theologian and scholar, but a spiritual leader, linked what we call the “Fivefold” ministry to these “four faces”, referring to the “pastor-teacher” as one gift, hence the “fourfold ministry!  In Eph. 4:11 in the original, there is no comma between pastor(shepherd) and teacher, as there is in the rest.

When Barnabas and Saul were set apart into their apostolic commission in Acts 13, it involved going into cities and regions with an apostolic company.  Acts 13:13-  Now when Paul and his company (party) set sail from Paphos, they came to Perga in Pamphylia;  and John, departing from them, returned to Jerusalem.

The varied faces of the man, lion, ox, and eagle represents these ministries, and still does no damage to refer to the five facets of apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor and teacher.  The common understanding is a “pastor must be able to teach, but a teacher does not necessarily pastor.”  But the principle in scripture (Acts 1:1) is “doing and teaching”, not either/or!  It we teach we must do (practice what we teach), and if we do (the work of), we must be able to explain how we do it!

Ezekiel 1:5,6a-  Also from within it came the likeness of four living creatures.  And this was their appearance;  THEY HAD THE LIKENESS OF A MAN.  Each one had four faces,…

Just carrying on a FAMILY TRADITION!!

We are no doubt witnessing a change, No,  a “radical transformation” in the church concerning kingdom relationships, especially among leadership!  I have personally visited with at least “4” men of God the last couple of weeks, all ranging from 70-80 years old, who are not thinking about RE-Tiring, but RE-FIRING for the work of God!

I always known I had an “old-school” attitude with a “new day” alignment in the things concerning the kingdom!  I’ve always related to a generation of older men who have had their hearts opened to stay “new and fresh” in the things of God, but had the wisdom and insight to help the generation coming.  This is INVALUABLE!!

I thank God for a heritage in the gospel, family names that have been linked together through years of relationships, the Becton’s, the Dyson’s, the Glass’, the Grisham’s, the Miller’s and too many others to name that are intricately interwoven!  Right or wrong, good and bad, orthodox and unorthodox, A “wise scribe is like unto a man that is a householder, who will bring out of His treasure things new and old!”  (Mt. 13:52)

If generations are not important, tell me why so much of the Old Testament begins with the “genealogy of families, and the New Testament begins with “The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham?” (Matt. 1:1)

The natural always precedes the spiritual!  We are now the generation of Jesus Christ, the 42nd generation, a “chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, His own special people;  that we should show forth the praises of Him who has called us out of darkness into His marvelous light.”  (I. Peter 2:9)

Isa. 58:12-  And those that be of you shall rebuild the old waste places;  and you shall raise up the foundations of many generations:  And you shall be called, “The Repairer of the Breach”, and, “The Restorer of Paths to Dwell In!”

TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!!
