ORGANIZATION OR AN “ORGANISM!”

What is the difference between an “organization” and an “organism?”
An organization is made up of man-made rules and regulations that exists to perpetuate the organization itself, it very often will turn lifeless and mechanical, because it does not reproduce, it only continues by self-preservation and human effort!
An organism is a living, breathing entity that lives to reproduce itself through mutual faith, love, and honor!  An organism does not not exist for itself, but rather, for the life of the body!  A living organism is therefore full of life!
Much of the church today is an organization, that is, it is maintained by human organizational methods and programs that creates an attitude that the systems and operations are more important than people and true progress!
The true fellowship of the body of Christ is organic, therby it grows through life-giving relationships.  The church is born from and sustained by spiritual life instead of built on human institutions.
What man builds is an institution, what God builds through the power and authority of the Holy Spirit is organic, or a living, breathing organism!!

Generational Fathers and Sons!

It is beginning to be so obvious the change in leadership patterns in the “third dimension” of generational synergy that is taking place today!  The “counter-culture” of the kingdom is first, SERVING, and second, SONSHIP!  As a “second-generational” father in alignment with apostolic fathering, we must be like an “Isaac” to our Abraham’s”, so that the “third generation” of “Jacob’s” can not only be birthed, but experience a “name-change” so that their experiences in ministry will not taint them!

There was a generation of fathers previously that did not make the shift because they based everything on ministry anointing and leadership ability!  This failed us in the past, and cannot be repeated to those of us who must birth and father this new generation (not age) of ministry into maturity.  We all still struggle from our religious “trappings” and “good ole buddy” mentality because we came up in a system as well, but we cannot tolerate or enable this superficial mindset!

I. Co. 4:15-  For though you might have ten thousand instructors (boy-teachers) in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers;  for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you (became your father) through the gospel.

Apostolic Fathers Today!

Clearly the Father God is revealing Himself through the knowledge of the Son of God!  Jesus said in Matt. 11:27- ”  All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father.  Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.”
Jesus then said in St. John 14:23- “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word;  and My Fa…ther will love him, and We will come to him and make Our abode (home) with him.”  John said in I John 2:22,23-  “Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ?  He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son.  Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either;  he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also.”
The pattern in the Godhead that reveals the order of relationships in the Spirit is the order of “Fathers and Sons!”  Today, there has returned an emphasis on relationships that are birthed our of relationship with our “heavenly Father” through our Lord Jesus Christ.  Jesus said in John 14:6- “I am the way, the truth, and the life.  No one comes to the Father  except through Me.”
Therefore today the key to relationships in “Fatherhood and Sonship.”  Once again, Jesus demonstrated that in His sonship to the Father.  Heb. 3:1,6-  Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Christ Jesus, who was faithful to Him to who appointed Him,… but Christ as a SON over His own house, whose house we are if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm to the end.
Now today, many are jumping on the bandwagon of “apostleship” but many are not embracing the “Fathering” heart of our God!  Many apostles are building networks and wanting “pastors” to join their network as a “covering” but once again instead of relational authority it is “positional authority!”  They are wanting to be apostles “over churches” but it is viewed more as an “organization” than as a spiritual operation of the Holy Ghost.  It will not work in this New Day and New ERA because the “new wine simply cannot be put in an old wineskin.’
The classic text found in I. Co. 4:15 simply defines the difference in the styles of leadership today:  “For though you might have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers;  for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.”  There must again be a “birthing” of these relationships that clearly demonstrate “father and son” in the order of God!
Many are shouting “Apostle, apostle” today but where are the true sons, or “the son” that reflects and reveals the pattern found in heaven through the Father and the Son!  Instead of trying to “cover” pastors and churches by networking, there should be a Fathering heart of God and a “spirit of sonship” with a crying out of “Father, Father!” Paul went on to say in I. Co. 4: 17 concerning His son in the faith, “For this reason I have sent Timothy to you, who is my beloved and faithful son in the Lord, who will remind you of my ways in Christ, as I teach everywhere in every church.”
The bottom line must be who is “representing” the Father by maturing and being called an “apostolic father” and where are the sons that are crying out, “Father, Father” as mature sons who are about their Father’s business!  If the apostolic is not linked to fathering, it is a ‘false start’ and cannot produce true sons in the faith that will be one with their father!  This is the pattern in the heavenlies that must be revealed in the earth!
I once heard a man of God say,” If you are an apostle, and you are not “apostle-lyzing” (not proselytizing) LOL, (that is, becoming a father by relating to sons), you may be “called” to be an apostle, but have not been “commissioned” as an apostle.”  True apostles will be first and foremost fathers whose hearts will be “turned” to sons, or children, and the hearts of many children will be turned to “their” fathers. (Mal. 4;5.6)
Jesus said in John 14:7- “If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also;  and from now on you know Him and have seen Him.”

The Gospel of UNTIL!

My last post had six passages out of the epistles That had the word “Till” or “Until” in them!  In our FATHERS HEART FAMILY  we have a saying “TILL-TIME!”  In the Old & New Testaments there are more than 20 Until’s that have  meaning to a text.

Years ago, in the 90’s, the Lord showed me this out of Hosea 10:12- “Sow to yourselves righteousness, reap in mercy;  Break up your fallow ground;  for …it is time to seek the LORD TILL He comes and rains righteousness upon you.”  I began to look them up in scripture and I called them in the New Testament, “The Gospel of UNTIL.”
Many people still have an “any-minute” theology, not just concerning eschatology, but in believing in many things in their lives, from miracles to finances, etc.  “I know the Lord is going to do _____________ any minute now”, many say!  Pam and I used to have that mentality that “any day” now, an “any-minute” mentality that it will just all happen.
And though we believe in “waiting upon the Lord” and that He can do anything He wants to do in our lives, we had to “change our thinking” and not put God “in a box.”  When we began to align ourselves with His purposes and plans and walk it out, He accomplishes it by His own grace and purpose!
I know my sweet little Mother who passed away last year never thought she would live as long as she did or have to deal with Dementia or Alzheimers.  Many still live with the mentality I don’t have to plan or pursue the things of God or His kingdom, we will be “out of here” any-minute!  That mentality has kept many Christians from maturing in Christ and fulfilling their calling and election in Christ.
I do believe in a Physical, personal return of Jesus Christ to the earth!  I believe there will be an “appearing” of Christ, but before He appears “for” the church, He will appear “in” the Saints with power and glory.  I. Thess. 1:10–  when He comes, in that Day, to be glorified in His saints and to be admired among all those who believe, because our testimony among you was believed.  I like what I heard an apostle say many years ago that His eschatology was found in “four” words:  “Occupy TILL I come!”
But I think I finally have found out when He is coming:  “AT THE END!”

I. Cor. 15:23-26- But each one in his own order:  Christ the firstfruits, afterward those who are Christ’s at His coming. THEN COMES THE END, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power.  For He must reign TILL HE HAS PUT ALL ENEMIES UNDER HIS FEET.  THE LAST ENEMY TO BE DESTROYED IS DEATH.  (This gives more meaning to the rest of the chapter, I. Co. 15:27-55).
SO, ARE YOU READY FOR “TILL-TIME?”

An Apostolic “DREAM-TEAM!”

How do we “build” an apostolic “DREAM-TEAM?
Well, “build” is an overused, exaggerated term because we do NOT really build anything!  Hebrews 3:4 says, “For every house is built by someone, but He who has built all things is God.”

Men are trying to build churches, ministries, and organizations, but unless the LORD BUILDS THE HOUSE THEY LABOR IN VAIN WHO BUILDS IT:  (Ps. 127:1a)
The Builder is Jesus Christ and He is the pattern Son!  “See that you make all things according to the pattern…” (Heb. 8:5)
The only way to “build” today is on the foundation of Jesus Christ!  Apostle Paul said in I. Cor. 3:9,10-  According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise masterbuilder (architect) I have laid the foundation, and another builds on it.  But let each one take heed how he builds on it.  For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.

To build apostolically today is to 1) Identify, 2) Empower, and 3) Impart!  That will bring us (fathers/sons) to a place of seeing “eye 2 eye” when the LORD RESTORES ZION!   To build anything without generational power and blessing, is to only “build” our own stuff!
One of our team gave us an acronym for DREAM:
D.istributed  R.esponsibility  E.veryone  A.dvances  M.inistry-
T.ogether  E.ach  A.chieve  M.ore!
An apostolic “DREAM-TEAM” is made up of those joined by the power of synergy, that is, the working together of “two, or more!”
Romans 1:11-  For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, so that you may be established–

STEADILY STRENGTHENED (A Prophetic Word)

Great word for 2014…

johnnoble1's avatarjohnnoble1

Beloved,so many have felt the strain over the past few years.

Now it is time to take the strain.God has been steadily strengthening you. What appeared to many as the ‘end of the tether,’ was in effect a strengthening of the rope.

For as the rope is lengthened it has also been strengthened, this is so that the tent can be extended. What appeared to be ‘pegging back,’ is actually ‘pegging forward.’

What has seemed to be a protracted ‘tug of war,’ has strengthened spiritual muscle and resolve. You have dug your heels in,and now it is time to take territory from the enemy.

Apostolic Framework!

Eph. 2:19-22 (AMP)- You are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets with Christ Jesus Himself the chief Cornerstone. In Him the whole structure is joined (bound, welded) together harmoniously; and it continues to rise (grow, increase) into a holy temple in The Lord–a sanctuary dedicated, consecrated and sacred to the presence of The Lord, In Him–and in fellowship with one another– you yourselves also are being built up (into this structure) with the rest, to form a fixed abode (dwelling place) of God (by, through) the Spirit.

Apostolic framework is the “building fitly framed together…” The building is not a building made with hands, but is a “spiritual house” that is being joined by and in the unity of the Spirit.

Apostolic framework is the “structure” that is a “habitation” of God in the Spirit, the dwelling place where the people of God are “fitly joined together.” This framework is what the “body” is built upon, so that head and body are connected through the Spirit of God.

I. Peter 2:5 (AMP)- (Come) and as living stones be yourselves built (into) a spiritual house, for a holy (dedicated, consecrated) priesthood, to offer up (those) spiritual sacrifices (that are) acceptable and well pleasing to God through Jesus Christ.

Welcome to 2014…

ImageIsa. 60:1,14 (Amp)-  ARISE (from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you;  rise to a new life)!  Shine–be radiant with the glory of the LORD;  for your light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon you……
Vs 14- The sons of those who afflicted you shall come bending low to you, and all those who despised you shall bow down at your feet, and they shall call you the City of the LORD, the Zion of the holy One of Israel.

vs. 21-  Your people also shall all be (uncompromisingly and consistently) righteous;  they shall possess the land for ever, the branch of My planting, the work of My hands, that I may be glorified.
This is the word of The Lord that we’re hearing as we enter into 2014!  You will “Arise and Shine” and Arise and Sing, as children and sons of Zion!  Zion is the habitation of God’s praise in the earth, the church of the Firstborn.  You are come to mount Zion, to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem… (He. 12:22)
Isa. 61:4-  And they (people of God) shall rebuild the ancient ruins, they shall raise up the former desolations and renew the ruined cities, the devastations of many generations.
Let us “Arise” and “Let God arise…

Blessed and Happy New Year!

The ARM of the LORD, Inc. (Christ in the Church)

A.postolic  R.egional  M.inistries-  Who hath believed our report?  And, to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?

The ARM of the LORD is to help “identify, encourage, and impart” administrations, gifts and operations of the Holy Spirit. It is through His strength, His ability, and His mighty power that the function of the sons of God can manifest through His corporate anointing in the earth. Specifically, for 2014 the region is coming into agreement and alignment for kingdom purposes through this ARM of the LORD:

1)  Acceleration, or the redeeming of the time through seeing “eye to eye” with the Father.  He is restoring “Fatherhood and Sonship” to the mature in Christ Jesus.  Thy Watchmen shall lift up their voice;  with their voices together they shall sing; For they shall see eye to eye when The Lord brings back, or restores Zion!  (Isa. 52:8)

2)  Reconciliation, or the AT-ONE-MENT” with Christ through the forgiveness of sins, being reconciled by His death, but being saved by His life. (Romans 5:10)  Apostles should be “ambassadors of His reconciliation”, carrying in them the word of The Lord through the ministry of reconciliation and the word of reconciliation!  (2 Cor. 5:19,20)

3)  Manifestation, or the “revelation of the mystery.”  The mystery of God is found in the hidden wisdom of Christ, coming from the “spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of HIM (Christ)..”  He is opening the “eyes of our understanding” so that our hearts can know what is the hope of His calling… (Eph. 1;17-19)  We must come with expectation, that He is ‘exceedingly abundantly above” all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.  (Eph. 3:20)
